如果說材料是模型的“骨骼”，那么設計圖就是模型的“靈魂”。一個好的設計，可以起到畫龍點睛的作用。設計方案也是客戶對定制模型的印象。好的仿真模型不僅要形似，還要神似。那么精細化的設計就成為必不可少。

If materials are the "bones" of a model, then design drawings are the "soul" of the model. A good design can serve as the finishing touch. The design plan is also the customer's first impression of the customized model. A good simulation model should not only be similar in appearance, but also in spirit. So refined design becomes essential.

設計之前，要先熟悉定制產品型號，搜集大量的參考資料，包括外觀尺寸、細節(jié)部件、涂裝樣式等等。行三維建模，確定外部造型，及裝配方式。再由三維數(shù)模分部件設計平面加工圖紙。一架大型飛機模型加工圖紙不會低于100張。

Before designing, it is necessary to familiarize oneself with the customized product model and collect a large amount of reference materials, including appearance dimensions, detailed components, painting styles, and so on. First, conduct 3D modeling to determine the external shape and assembly method. Then design the planar machining drawings based on the three-dimensional numerical and analog components. A large aircraft model processing drawing should not be less than 100 sheets.

地隨著時代的發(fā)展，模型制作工藝也逐漸從純手工加工向機械化加工或機械化輔助加工轉變。的機械加工設備的加入可以更好地控制產品精度，對于提升模型仿真度起到了關鍵作用。尤其是在測試類型的樣機加工項目中，對于尺寸的公差要求往往在0.2mm左右，這個量級的精度僅靠手工加工是無法達到的。以往印象中高大上的三軸、五軸加工中心也正在逐步參與到模型的制作當中。

有了設備的加持，對于后續(xù)飛機模型的制作、裝配工序來講可謂是如虎添翼。更規(guī)范的鉚釘孔、更整齊的工藝縫，讓整個模型作品脫穎而出。參考真機外觀，選用不同類別的蒙皮固定方式，沉頭鉚釘、沉頭螺釘，保留原有口蓋造型，細節(jié)滿滿。

More standardized rivet holes and more neat process seams make the entire model work stand out. Referring to the appearance of the actual machine, different types of skin fixation methods are selected, including countersunk rivets and screws, while retaining the original shape of the cover, with full details.
